Once this form is received, it will be reviewed to ensure that the date and time does not conflict with another booking. If everything is in order, an invoice will be sent to collect the $200 deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance will be collected 10 business day before the event.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that the deposit amount of $200 is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before your event date.

However, in the event of cancellation, if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 10 business days before the scheduled event date.
