Once this form is received, it will be reviewed to ensure that the date and time does not conflict with another booking. If everything is in order, an invoice will be sent to collect the 50% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance will be collected 10 business days before your photo session or event date.

Cancellation Policy 

Deposit and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that the 50% deposit amount of the session price is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before your photo session or event date.

 

However, in the event of cancellation, if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 10 business days before the scheduled photo session or event date.
